Please note:
- During the show days, exhibitors will have access to the hall 60 mins before the opening hours and 30 mins after the closing hours to service their stands.
- Visitor registration counter will be closed 30 mins before the show closing hours.

Please note: We would like to inform you that numerous suppliers issued so-called "unofficial exhibitor directories". These directories have nothing to do with the official exhibitor directory as issued by Messe Frankfurt.
Non-official forwarder
Organisers have appointed secured official forwarding and logistics service providers, for all services you may need in conjunction with your exhibit. We ask that you treat solicitations from non-official forwarder and vendors with appropriate CAUTION. Non-official forwarders offer lower-than-market price and attractive package and ask for huge service charge when pick up the shipment.
If you choose to work with a non-official forwarder and vendors, Organisers are not responsible for any fraud that may occur, and Organisers are not able to assist you with any issues they may arise in your dealings with a non-official forwarder and vendors.
